Brooklyn’s -Cide Makes Its Debut With Denim That Flips Concept Of Side Chicks

Check out newly-launched, Brooklyn-based -Cide, a label founded by Kevin Yurocuh and Dashawn McKenzie. Rooted in street style, the label made its debut with a logo t-shirt, camo jacket and several denim styles (one of which was spotted on Canadian rapper Tory Lanez).

The brand may be new, but it’s already made some waves with its -Cide Chick denim short featuring the label’s red box logo and an illustration on the back pocket that reads “I told you not to full in love with me.”

Describing the roots of the brand, Yurocuh explained, “Just to go in hard and kill, dominate everything. That’s Cide in a nutshell.” His partner Mackenzie added, “We wanted to flip the side chick conversation and create a new one where we emphasize women’s own power to slay and dominate in anything they do”
